Summary: We offer a full refund if you have not yet started your course. Once a certificate of completion has been issued, no refund is available. For in-progress courses, we evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email us at matthewjmarkiewicz@gmail.com.
If you have enrolled and paid but have not accessed any course content, you are eligible for a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your enrollment date. To request a refund, contact us at matthewjmarkiewicz@gmail.com with your name, email address, and order confirmation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically processed within 5 to 10 business days.
If you have begun but not completed the course, you may request a partial or full refund within 30 days of enrollment. We evaluate these requests individually and consider factors such as the percentage of the course completed and the reason for the request. We will respond to all in-progress refund requests within 3 business days. There is no guarantee of a refund once course content has been accessed.
Once a certificate of completion has been issued and your completion has been reported to the applicable state DMV or court reporting system, no refund is available. This applies regardless of whether the certificate was accepted by the court, DMV, or insurance provider. It is your responsibility to confirm eligibility before enrolling.
If you are unable to complete the course due to a verified technical problem caused by our platform, we will either resolve the issue and extend your access window or issue a full refund at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as a technical issue arises so we can investigate and resolve it promptly.
If you are charged twice for the same enrollment, contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge once confirmed.
Refunds are not issued for change of mind after course content has been accessed, or because a court, DMV office, or insurance provider declined to accept your certificate. You are responsible for confirming your eligibility and obtaining any required court or agency approval before enrolling.
To request a refund, email matthewjmarkiewicz@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your full name, email address used at registration, order confirmation number, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 3 business days.
ClearRecord reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your enrollment.
